Client data

Data belonging to client businesses — customer records, order data, booking data, and operational data — is stored in isolated environments. Client data is not commingled. Abrevon does not use client data for any purpose other than delivering the services agreed in the engagement.

Third-party services

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including WhatsApp Business API, Stripe, and cloud hosting providers. Each integration is governed by the terms of the relevant provider. We select providers whose data handling practices meet our standards.

Data retention

We retain client data for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards to support transition if needed. Inquiry data from prospective clients is retained only as long as necessary to manage the inquiry.
