How is my monthly price determined?
After the discovery conversation, we design your platform and determine which capabilities it needs. Your monthly rate reflects the scope of what we build and maintain — the complexity of your operations, the modules your platform runs on, and the scale of your business. The rate is fixed in your proposal before work begins.
What's included in the implementation fee?
Everything required to go live: platform configuration, branding, user accounts, permissions, payment gateway integration, WhatsApp setup, email configuration, domain and DNS, data migration, staff training, and launch assistance. It is a fixed fee — it does not change unless the scope changes.
Do I need to select modules or features myself?
No. After the discovery conversation, we determine what your platform should include and configure it for you. You see one integrated platform, not a list of components to figure out.
Can my platform grow with my business?
Yes. As your business grows, we activate additional capabilities — new modules, new locations, new workflows. You don't migrate to a different product. You extend the platform you already have.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Clients on annual agreements receive the equivalent of two months free compared to monthly billing.
What happens when I need support?
Support is included in your monthly partnership. You contact us and we handle it. There are no ticket queues, no separate support tiers, and no per-incident fees.
What is an evolution review?
At regular intervals, we review your platform against how your business has grown. We identify what has changed, what new requirements have emerged, and what the platform needs next. Evolution work is planned and scoped separately from routine maintenance — because it is distinct work.
Is there a simpler or cheaper starting point?
Yes. Abrevon Lite is a self-managed entry tier for microbusinesses — 59 XCD/mo, no implementation fee, no discovery call required. It is a packaged starting point, not a managed build. If you outgrow it, upgrading to a full managed platform carries your data with you.
